The main factors that decide the cost

Size: LED walls are usually priced by area, so a bigger screen costs more. Measure the space and decide how large the picture needs to be for the back row.

Pixel pitch: a finer pitch such as P2.5 gives a sharper image for close viewing and costs more than a coarser pitch such as P5 used for outdoor or distant viewing.

Indoor or outdoor: outdoor panels are brighter and weather-ready, and they are built differently from indoor panels.

Duration: one day, a weekend or a multi-day event changes the rate. Longer rentals are often quoted more favourably.

Setup: trusses or stands, a video processor, power backup and technicians on site all add to the total.

Distance: delivery, setup and pickup depend on where your venue is.

How to get an accurate quote quickly

Send the vendor five details: the venue and city, the date and hours, the approximate screen size or the audience size, whether the event is indoor or outdoor, and what you will show on it (presentations, video, live camera). With those details a quote can be accurate instead of a guess.

Do not compare prices alone

Check that the quote includes delivery, installation, a technician, cables and a backup plan. A slightly higher quote with an operator on site is often cheaper than a low quote where you find problems on the event day.
